Now before you all bitch at me, I know the Story, I know what the bird 'does'. So here's my head canon in this (may contain spoilers). The Chibi ver. can sing like the original, but it doesn't poop on them after, okay? She just flaps her wings and feathers come off, when in contact with skin you become a stone. Close enough.
Now enough about me and bombarding the Ibong Adarna plot. For those who don't know Ibong Adarna, it's a story from the Philippines made by Jose De la Cruz (Francisco Balthazar's poem tutor, awesome right?) that tells a story of 3 princes and a singing bird
. Go read it, if you don't understand tagalog find a translation.
